This blog is for anyone with gluten sensitivities who is looking for gluten free eats, tips, and recipes. I myself have never been tested for Celiac disease, but I find that when I do not eat gluten, I feel a million times better. I have severe allergies to…well, a little of everything: pollen, cats, dogs, trees, molds, dust mites, and weeds. I get wheezy, sneezy, itchy, and even ear aches. But by being gluten free, many of these symptoms have nearly disappeared. After years of going to allergists, taking medicine, and suffering through sneezing fits, itchy eyes, not to mention pretty bad stomach issues, going off of gluten has improved the quality of my life dramatically.
I have found that different people have different symptoms caused by gluten and it’s hard to know what is causing what, and even doctors and medical professionals, in my experience, have not known or been able to figure out (or cure) my slight, but still impeding, aliments. I do not claim to have a cure for any of your ailments, either, but I can give you some advice on how to be gluten free that is painless and still tasty
